Persimmon Homes branded ‘shambolic’

Roads and pavements have been left unfinished as work starts on new houses, residents claim

Residents on a new estate claim builders have left pavements incomplete, waste lying around and raised drains that damage car tyres.

Persimmon Homes was last month given the go-ahead to build another 102 properties at Parc Derwen, in Coity, Bridgend.

Local election candidates from all parties line up against “Norchester”.

To ensure voters are fully informed in the run-up to the local elections on May 2nd, STAND has asked local candidates for their views on what’s formally known as Dor 13 – the plan to build up to 4,000 houses and a new link road on farmland overlooking the town centre. Of those who replied to our survey, all were opposed to the controversial development.
